Rap star, Jim Jones is in trouble with some women who are suing him for appearing topless in his R Rated music video called “Summer Time.”
Identified as Samantha Stotts and Sharie Johnson who were out having fun that day when Jones and his crew began filming the video and caught the two topless beauties frolicking in the waves. The video then ended up on YouTube where over 30,000 viewers saw it before the site pulled it for violation of their “policy on nudity or sexual content”.
The women were apparently unaware that the video recording going on that day was for a music video that would turn up on the internet. They filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court against Jones and Sony Music Entertainment accusing both of violating their civil rights.
Stotts and Johnson didn’t realize that their appearance in the video would be mixed with other women who were stripteasers doing pole dancing and other risque doings. The video called “Summer Time” was filmed in South Florida.
